Her experience building teams from scratch makes her invaluable to you in building yours. As a candidate, you know Erin seeks the best client fit for you. This because in 2010, witnessing the gaps in the recruiting industry, she and Tyler created The Hire to deliver better results. She is devoted to helping each client build high performing teams. And she is committed to inspiring each candidate to discover their passion. So, they can advance their careers in organizations where they will flourish. 

Tyler Wentworth, Co-Founder

Tyler is no stranger to successful client outcomes. He is a 2-time Presidents Club Award winner. He also managed a team that increased the revenue of one of the largest staffing firms in the world by $2.7 million in one year. These accomplishments, and 10+ years leading sales teams, are why he is a trusted consultant to each client. He is also passionate about supporting business owners. Especially those who struggle to build successful teams. As a client, you want to work with Tyler because he takes the time to understand who you are and what you need.  As a candidate, he is your best advocate for  advancement.

Cole comes to us with a track record of success in the staffing industry. He also has a business degree from Johnson & Wales. Before joining us, he developed the first joint finance and accounting team in the world. Craving a more people-centered environment, after 3-years building that specialized office in Boston, we are thrilled he is leading Client Development for The Hire.

Anastasia Bradford, Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Anastasia joins us with a strong background as a corporate Talent Acquisition leader, she is well versed in working with line managers to get them the talent they need for their teams. In her most recent role, she was an integral part of growing the Boston headquarters which included strategic planning and developing the global talent acquisition team. Anastasia is a people person who is passionate about connecting people with the right opportunity

LC has temporarily joined us as a marketing intern for the quarter. She is a senior at Bryant University majoring in marketing and pursuing a double concentration in communications and psychology. She is an outgoing people person and is always excited to learn new tactics to help organizations reach their marketing goals.
